19th in Portugal

16 June, 2010 | 3 Comments

Mark has finished in a tie for 19th place at the Estoril Open de Portugal.

Eight 3 putts for the week made it difficult to contend for the title but Mark was very steady tee to green, finishing with rounds of 71, 70, 71 and 69 for a 7 under par total.

Mark now has a week off and will be trying to back a few winners at the Royal Ascot race meeting held near his home Tuesday through to Saturday.  Next tournament is the BMW International Open in Munich the following week.

Very impressed with your composure under the pumup in the final round last night, obviously the putter is still giving you the shits but on the upside you would have won that thing with ease if you holed your fair share - 6 putts under 8 feet I counted.

Hey browny. Loving watching you progress mate keep it going. I love coming on to your website mate and reading about what has been happening, don't underestimate the power of your website. A lot of people back home really care about how you are going and want to know every little detail. It helps us to live in the fantasy world of a tour player, you are living the dream mate and you deserve it. I hope you are enjoying the ride. Ramsay tells me you are working with him, that is great. Anyway mate keep the posts coming. Jay
